Daily Gratitude – Day 415

Today I Am grateful for the constant reminders to stay present to the reality of who I Am – of who We All Are – via various podcasts, email newsletters, Twitter posts and more, especially on a day like today which presented many opportunities for me to forget. And forget I did.

I Am also grateful for wisdom I have been developing to forgive myself for such transgressions – something I have not always had the ability to do.

I Am grateful further for a calm, relaxing evening to myself, enjoying a Star Wars flick. Sure I’m doing a little bit of laundry, but I don’t mind – the laundry often forces me to allow myself to relax in front of the tube for a while. Sure there are dangers to watching too much TV, but I think there’s an equal danger to not spending enough time watching TV, or doing something else relaxing and enjoyable.

It’s all about Balance…

Namaste,
Brian
