Today I Am grateful for another great day with my boys, who got to come to CSLNJ with me this morning, as there was no Hebrew school for the high holy day, and got to learn a lesson about mitzvahs – or, to a degree, to teach their new gentile friends about the concept.
I Am also grateful for the people – total strangers, really – who did what they could to ensure the boys and I had a festive Erev Yom Tov dinner! (And as it turns out, we didn’t need anything else that I didn’t already prepare!) In the process, however, I Am grateful for an offer for free lessons on the history of Judaism and Hebrew, which I may take so I can best support my boys in their religious education.
Finally I Am grateful for getting to celebrate the New Year with my boys, and that my sweet brisket turned out delicious and melt-in-your-mouth tender!
I Am looking forward to an amazing tomorrow, filled with love and joy, prosperity and abundance, creation and completion, new possibilities and new realities. I anticipate ending the day in complete satisfaction, knowing that only good is coming to me. It is going to be the best day of my life, and I Am grateful for tomorrow today!
And So It Is.
