Daily Gratitude – Day 1713

Today I Am grateful for another typical lazy Saturday morning breakfast with the boys. (Okay, lazy meaning I’m whipping up pancakes, bacon and hot chocolate for them and an omelette for myself, then scrubbing the grease off the stove afterward… Only to start whipping up lunch for us a couple hours later… But when they’re here it just seems more laid back.)

I Am also grateful for the down time in between meals where I could rest for a few minutes.

I Am grateful as well for getting clarity on the status of my upcoming project… things are getting very exciting!

I Am grateful further for getting to officiate a wedding in my hometown of Howell, NJ (the place has a Freehold mailing address, but they’re within the Howell municipality.) Such a beautiful day for their wedding, and it was a beautiful ceremony – one that happened to come together within the past week!

I Am especially grateful for my cousin Allyson, who came over to watch the boys while I worked. They had a great time together! And I Am grateful for the bonding we were able to do after they went to bed. Time with family is so important, and we have let too much slip away over the years. But the bonds simply grow stronger.

Finally I Am grateful for making a bold, yet uncomfortable parenting choice – something that the boys were certainly not happy about, but a choice that needed to be made, and reinforced. It’s so easy to want to be the “good guy” with your kids, but ultimately structure serves them best.

I Am grateful for NOW, the only moment there is, metaphysically speaking, knowing everything I could possibly want is in existence NOW and is in my grasp NOW. In respect to this physical plane in which we use “clock time” to measure the Eternal Now, I Am looking forward to an amazing tomorrow, filled with love and joy, prosperity and abundance, creation and completion, new possibilities and new realities. I anticipate ending the day in complete satisfaction, knowing that only good comes to me, always. It is going to be the best day of my life, and I Am grateful for tomorrow today!

And So It Is.
