Today I Am grateful for the chance to sleep in an hour later than usual and take my time getting the boys ready for camp – we even had time for all three of us to shower this morning! (They usually shower at night but we got home a bit late last night.)
I Am also grateful for the chance to get paid to share my thoughts, learn a bit and have more personal interaction with some fellow Uber drivers and staff members during a Drivers Advisory Forum today.
I Am grateful as well for being scheduled to work late to do office support for the Tennessee primary election, giving me the ability to attend the aforementioned Forum.
I Am grateful further for the breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, water and coffee I got to enjoy today during my activities today. Proof that in a world where so many people go hungry, I Am truly prosperous and blessed.
I Am grateful as well for the opportunity to work on a wedding ceremony, my finances, a practitioner report and even some screenwriting during the periods of downtime I had today. As my late, great college professor Dr. Jack Sacher used to say, “Use your ten minuteses” – meaning take advantage of every small bit of time you have toward accomplishing something beneficial. (In his case he meant studying for Music History exams but I’ve learned to apply it to life in general.)
Speaking of Dr. Sacher, finally I Am grateful for sharing a trip down the proverbial Memory Lane with my dear friends with whom I traveled to Austria and Slovenia with the Montclair State University Madrigals Ensemble in 1993 under the direction of Dr. Sacher. Good times – the experience of a lifetime!
I Am grateful for NOW, the only moment there is, metaphysically speaking, knowing everything I could possibly want is in existence NOW and is in my grasp NOW. In respect to this physical plane in which we use “clock time” to measure the Eternal Now, I Am looking forward to an amazing tomorrow, filled with love and joy, prosperity and abundance, creation and completion, new possibilities and new realities. I anticipate ending the day in complete satisfaction, knowing that only good comes to me, always. It is going to be the best day of my life, and I Am grateful for tomorrow today!
And So It Is.
