Today I Am grateful for getting to wear my favorite (well, only, really) Halloween costume to work today.
I Am also grateful for the reaction of my coworkers – especially the one who only saw me from behind and asked, “Is that a costume.” At which point I turned in my chair and said, “No. This is the real me. I wear a costume every other day.”
I Am grateful as well for the people who are finally coming out of the woodwork looking to fill the missing, hard-to-find positions for which I need to hire in Indiana and Tennessee.
I Am grateful further for a superb night of trick-or-treating with my boys in one of New Jersey’s very best places to be on Halloween – Bender Ave. in Roselle Park – as well as all of the reactions to Jacob’s costume (Dustin from “Stranger Things.”)
I Am also grateful for being able to work from my phone throughout the evening so I wouldn’t have to miss out on neither work nor play.
Finally I Am grateful for furthering the lessons I often teach my kids on integrity and self-discipline, in a kind, loving manner and which leads them satisfied in the results and in their own self-empowerment and esteem.
I Am grateful for NOW, the only moment there is, metaphysically speaking, knowing everything I could possibly want is in existence NOW and is in my grasp NOW. In respect to this physical plane in which we use “clock time” to measure the Eternal Now, I Am looking forward to an amazing tomorrow, filled with love and joy, prosperity and abundance, creation and completion, new possibilities and new realities. I anticipate ending the day in complete satisfaction, knowing that only good comes to me, always. It is going to be the best day of my life, and I Am grateful for tomorrow today!
And So It Is.
